eCards

We are very sorry to announce that our eCards site is now unavailable.

Unfortunately the site has experienced a number of issues over the past few weeks that we have been working hard to resolve. While we initially thought we would be able to solve these problems it is now clear that we will be unable to find a solution before Christmas.

If you would still like to send a charity eCard this Christmas you may want to visit Macmillan, Marie-Curie or NSPCC who have a good range. Otherwise if you would like alternative ways to support Cancer Research UK's life saving work, please visit our support us website.

We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused and to wish you a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

We hope that the following information will prove useful in understanding the status of your eCards:

eCards that have already been sent

If you have already sent your card the recipient should receive it. We are aware of some difficulties accessing the site when viewing cards, but most cards can be viewed on further attempts.

Your account

If you have an existing account you are still able to log in and view details of your sent eCards, re-use your sent eCards, but you will not be able to create new eCards.

If you have any problems or questions please get in touch with us on ecard@cancer.org.uk or call 020 7121 6695 and we will endeavor to respond as soon as possible. Please note that our offices will be closed between 24th and 28th December inclusive.

We hope that you will understand that the technical difficulties we have encountered on this occasion have been beyond our control. We are very grateful for your support – it is thanks to your inspiring generosity that we are able to invest more money into cancer research than any other independent organisation in Europe.

Refund

However, if you do require a refund, please email ecard@cancer.org.uk or call 020 7121 6695 providing full details of your transaction (including transaction reference, date and full name and address) and we will arrange for this to be refunded to you in the New Year.
